SHOPPING AND DELIVERY
1.1 – Shipping Methods
Shipments will be carried out exclusively within Italian territory. Each shipment will be made through the carrier GLS or other couriers selected by the company. Delivery will take effect at the moment the Products are collected by the carrier, who will deliver the ordered Product to the Shipping Address specified by the Customer on the order form, providing the Customer with the delivery note.
Shipments will be carried out based on availability and according to the sequence in which orders are received. In general, orders cannot be cancelled in the event of stock shortages.
1.2 – Delivery Times and Costs
For each order confirmed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) on the Website, order processing will be carried out within 7 working days.
Subsequently, the delivery times counted from the validation of the order will be as follows:
– Shipment via GLS Express Courier or others within 24/48 hours of payment confirmation, at a variable cost depending on the weight of the purchased products for orders under €99; free for orders exceeding this amount.
In the event of exceptional stock shortages, the Customer will be notified by email or telephone, and the Company will offer the Customer one of the following alternatives:
– postpone the full delivery of the order until the date when the Product in question is restocked;
– accept a partial shipment with a refund of the purchase price for the Products not delivered; in this case, the Customer may place a new order when the Product in question becomes available again.
The Company will also inform the Customer within a reasonable time frame in the event of force majeure events that may disrupt the delivery process of the ordered Product.
If within 12 days of the indicated delivery date the ordered Product has not been delivered, for any reason not attributable to force majeure, the sale may be cancelled at the Customer’s request sent by registered letter with return receipt to the following address:

The sales contract shall be considered cancelled upon receipt by the Company of the Customer’s letter containing notice of such decision, if the shipment has not been made between the sending and the receipt of said letter.
In this case, all sums paid by the Customer will be refunded if the order is fully returned, either in the form of a credit note or a cash refund, at the Customer’s choice, as soon as possible and no later than thirty days from the date on which the Customer exercised their right to request the cancellation of the order.
The Customer may not claim any compensation or penalty from the Company for late delivery other than the refund of the value of the Products, regardless of the causes and direct or indirect consequences.
